CROCHET, KNIT AND MORE
Most of our range of clothing and accessory items are made by means of macramé, crochet and/ or knitting. The majority of our items are made with cotton and cotton-blend yarns and/ or rope. Cotton makes for strong and durable fibres that are soft to the touch and lightweight. Cotton becomes softer with more use and along with being breathable this makes it very comfortable to wear for most of the year. As an added benefit it's absorbent quality means it wicks moisture from the body - keeping you cool. We also incorporate hessian material for homeware items such as runners and plant pot sleeves.
Do not put in the microwave or dishwasher.
Wipe clean with a non-abrasive damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Opt for a mild detergent and avoid using aggressive cleaning agents as this can damage your product.
A protective sealant has been used on your item to limit stains and resist water. But, prolonged exposure can lead to stains, water marks and cause weakening over time if left in a wet environment. To help avoid this, try to clean and thoroughly dry items after each use.
Strong contaminants such as wine or coffee should be wiped up as quickly as feasible.
Whilst made from a durable material, handle with care. Avoid dropping from a height and/ or onto a hard surface as it may chip and/ or break.
Whilst our 'tray' products can be used as serving platters - they should not be used as cutting boards.
When using items as plant pots, though treated with a water resistant sealer, note that prolonged water contact can change the appearance of the pot with time. To better prolong the lifespan of your product, consider using a liner.
